Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using the Threshyr desktop application (“Threshyr”, “the app”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Threshyr grants you a personal, non-exclusive license to install and use the app on devices you own or control, for personal or business time tracking. You agree not to redistribute, resell, or attempt to reverse-engineer the app except where that right cannot be restricted by law.

Threshyr stores all of your activity data locally on your own device (see our Privacy Policy). We do not hold a copy of your data and cannot recover it for you. You are responsible for backing up or exporting anything you want to keep. Uninstalling the app or deleting its data folder permanently removes your data.

We may release updates that add, change, or remove features. Where you installed Threshyr through a store or auto-update channel, updates may be applied automatically.

Threshyr is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly accurate in how it categorizes your time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer of Threshyr will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of your use of or inability to use the app.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continuing to use the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
