Privacy Policy — Threshyr Pro

Only what you enter yourself. Threshyr Pro saves the following on your device:

• Projects you create — project name, client name, billing type and rate, start and end dates, and a logo image if you add one.
• Tasks on your kanban board — title, type, due date, and status.
• Time entries — the time you record with the built-in timer or enter by hand.
• Reports — built on demand from the time entries above, calculated on your machine from data already on your machine.
• Your app settings.

That is the complete list. Threshyr Pro does not watch your active window, read app names or window titles, read your browser tabs or web addresses, or count your keystrokes, clicks, mouse movements, or scrolls. It runs no categorisation or AI engine. It asks for no Accessibility, Automation, or Screen Recording permissions.

All of it lives in a single database file named threshyr.db, inside Threshyr Pro's own data folder on your machine. On macOS that is:

~/Library/Containers/com.affanbajwa.threshyr.pro/Data/Library/Application Support/Threshyr-Pro/

On Windows it is the Threshyr-Pro folder in your user account's application data. Nothing is copied anywhere else.

To delete your data, delete that file, or delete the app: removing Threshyr Pro removes its database with it. There is no copy on a server for us to hold, because there is no server.

Your client names, project names, billing rates and recorded hours are stored only in that local file. They are never transmitted — not to us, not to a third party, not to anyone.

Using Threshyr Pro discloses nothing about your clients to us. We operate no server that could receive this information, so there is no database of ours for it to sit in, no backup of it to subpoena, and no breach of ours that could expose it. If you work under a non-disclosure agreement, tracking that work in Threshyr Pro does not share it with anyone.

• No account, sign-up, email address, or payment is required.
• No cloud, no sync, and no servers of ours involved at all.
• No analytics and no telemetry of any kind.
• No advertising, and no third-party SDKs bundled in the app.
• We never sell or share your data, because we never receive it.

Threshyr Pro makes no network connections. It sends no daily active user ping, no crash reports, and no usage statistics. It does not even check for updates itself — updates are delivered entirely outside the app by the store you installed it from, such as the Mac App Store on macOS.

If Threshyr Pro ever changes how it handles data, we will update this page and revise the “Last updated” date above.
